Nice sunny day for running...just very cold so I went out about 11 am. I have not been blogging my runs lately and there haven't been a lot of them. 3 a week at most. Just starting to get back in to it. This was my longest run for quite some time. Was planning on driving down to a flat area to run but instead ran down the parkway and struggled just a bit to get back up. Saw S. Sundwall, the North Star of running around here, down in the city. He just keeps on going like the energizer bunny.

The last bit my overall pace went to 9:02 so I kicked it up a notch at the very last .3 miles to get down under 9 and then walked about .4 of a mile to ease up the legs.

Well, from what I've heard of that parkway, if you struggled just a bit but not a lot, then you're doing pretty well.
