38 degrees, not much wind and very clear and crisp. It felt great! The lovely hills of Snoqualmie Ridge are starting to feel easier.

3.25 miles easy @ 8:50 pace

1 Hill Mile @ 8:00 pace That was pretty tough the last little bit.

2.75 miles easy @ 8:46 pace

Nice morning, wasn't it? It's supposed to pour rain tomorrow and Friday I think. You went up that hill at 8:00 pace! I am so jealous.

Today is our 20th wedding anniversary and my wife says "I'm feeling a little different today so keep your cell phone on". Could be 2 celebrations today. Thanks for the offer of help. Sean runs 3 miles of hills at a 6:00 pace so it's all relative to what we can do. The great part is to keep it going and try to improve. I'm jealous you can run 22 miles in a monsoon of wind and rain over these crazy hills.
