Cold with some wind.

2 miles of hard hills with fartlek action mixed in after the hill work.

We do our Thanksgiving day feast on Wed. evening. I will be doing core and pushups tomorrow morning.

Thursday is Turkey bowl football. Am going to do a 1.5 mile warmup run to the park and then I'm going to keep my garmin turned on during the game to see how far I run. Then jog back home for lots of family time, games etc.

Feast Wednesday night, eh? I never heard of that. But I guess it does make a nice holiday Thursday, without the craziness of preparations and -ug- clean up. Have a good time; you have so much to be thankful for this year! :)

That way the ladies don't get stuck with kids everywhere while they are cooking. The guys do the clean up and then the next few days is leftovers. However, last night I took some pork loin(2.5 lbs.) and whipped up some awesome chili with homemade chili powder. Cooked it in the oven overnight. WOW it's good stuff. Not too spicy. Will eat that probably during the football games this weekend(if their are any worth watching which I highly doubt).

What are y'all doing for tday?
