First day of official training for Top of Utah marathon. Been running on the treadmill lately a lot due to crappy weather...cold, windy and wet...

Today was 45ish, cloudy and nice for a run. Ran 5 on the ridge with some smaller hills.

9:07 pace is kinda slow but OK...will look to do 3 more runs this week as weather looks halfway decent. Meaning not too cold and not much rain in the forecast.

Welcome back.

I've been thinking about TOU, but I may do something closer to home instead.

Good luck with your marathon training. I hope we see more of you on the blog.

I still remember how you helped me after the Newport Marathon.

It feels good to be back...That was good times at Newport...I think we were all a little woozy when finishing...I just about fainted.
