then .5 slow jog and then walk. really boring running the tread

bummer for the dreadmill run, but you did a nice workout and were able to mix it up a bit which is good. I find that that makes it go by faster!

Commando,

I had to do that run because my wife was going through contrations and I didn't want to be out on the road if she needed me to heat to the hospital. We now have a baby girl. It's pretty awesome to watch one of these little ones born.
