37 degrees with sun shining and a light breeze in places.

Sweet day for a run. Recovered well from the 14 miler on Sat. thanks to the wedding reception(lot's of carbo-loading) we went to that night.

I'm reading Born to run and am trying to incorporate some of the tips into my running.

Today I worked on running on my forefeet uphill midfoot strike during flat and downhill. Worked on keeping my back straight and staying light on my feet. I've got quite a ways to go but will get there at some point.

Overall pace was 8:34

Man, finally! I clicked down through all of my list of friends and didn't find one other person who has run today until I got to you. Congratulations on honoring all of dead presidents by running on this fine day. Those are great miles and it looks like you had good weather. Can't be that with a stick.

Thanks Craig! Then I go see you ran not too far off from a marathon...you are an absolute pack horse. Nothing slows you down...not even snow! Great job bud!
