After 2 days of moving stuff up and down stairs I was plum wore out!
Was supposed to go 16 - Went with Larry and did 12.
Way off plan...hopefully this next week I can kick it up a notch!

Moving stuff up and down stairs could be considered cross-training. Good job! Hopefully you can get all your miles in next week!
