I was looking forward to running outside after being sick and having to run on the treadmill for 2 long runs. Close to perfect weather out there. 50 degrees and mostly cloudy...not much wind until halfway into the run. @ High School track.

2 easy warmup miles then into the tempo run. Switched up after miles 2, 5 and 8 so as to get even running.Target for tempo was 7:22 but with being sick etc. wasn't sure...and it ended up being pretty tough but for some reason the last 3 were not bad and I pushed it pretty hard the last mile.

Easy run at the ridge tomorrow.

GOOD NEWS! Very nice tempo run. WOW! You're speedy!

Excellent workout! Have they switched the lock on the track yet? I heard we're supposed to turn in our keys and get key cards pretty soon. It's just about light enough that I can return to track work. Oh goody. (Not.)

Glad you're feeling well enough to get outside! Nice splits, how do I get in on the track action? I love track workouts!!

Thanks Smooth...just trying to improve...

Sno...my key still works...

Donkey...got to downtown Snoqualmie ...look for a white building and ask them for a key to the track... It's the administrative building for the schools I think.
