Plan says to run 18 on Sat. but I haven't run a 16 miler yet so it will be 16. For that reason I wanted to take it easy on my legs this am so ran the tread...no hills and easy.

Sat. run will include the HillBeast(2 miles of it anyway) at the end so I will need something extra.

Saw Larry when I was out this morning. He's looking to June too.

You're really good at balancing out your workouts with other needs.

All moved in and settling down?

Getting ready for the Newport marathon? That is my next project as well. Treadmill sounds like a great way to save the legs for a long one.

Sno-We are moved but not quite settled. We need to have a nice bbq or something when we do get totally comfortable here. I will be running part of my long run on Sat. with Larry.

Auntie-Good luck on that craziness you are doing Saturday! Wow!

Glad to hear you will be running Newport as well...
