Since I ran in the afternoon yesterday and did a speed work out...had to take it real easy today...8:54 pace even though It's supposed to be 8:45. Oh well.

Raining, mid 40's and a little wind. Ran almost the same route as monday but changed it just a bit so I could get in an extra half mile.

18 on Saturday...yikes...that sounds like a lot!

I want to run 18 on Saturday too, but I'm going to have to get up pretty early to do it, as we have an event to go to at 10:30. Don't think about 18, think about taking a long, leisurely drive. Without a car.

I'm going to split it up into a 6 miler, a niner and a 3. Sounds easier that way.

Smart to take it easy today! Although your easy pace is my marathon pace! :)

That is so cool to split up an 18 miler in 6, 9, 3. I'll have to remember that next week! GOOD LUCK tomorrow and ENJOY!
