Stomach issues caused me to stay at home and so it was treadmill time. Unfortunately it was perfect running weather here. Dang!

Officially in taper mode now... easy street!

Everything feeling good and I'm not going to do something stupid to screw up this close to marathon so it's "follow the plan" time. 28 miles planned this week.

Following the PLAN is a very good plan!!!

Sorry about the stomach issues, there must be a bug going around. By TM's are at least kind to the legs, so that is good pre-marathon, too!

Kelli, I do like the lack of pounding on the legs but you just don't get the same workout.

Agreed! I run way too slow on those machines, yet it seems so hard and fast. however, it has kept me healthy and allowed me to crank up my mileage, so i am grateful to the inventor!
