Easy treadmill miles...rest of the week looks like nice weather so this should be my only day on the tread this week.

Sweet morning for a run 50-55 degrees with sunshine. 2nd day in a row of sunshine.

Ridge run with 1 of the miles the parkway hill. It's a mile from bottom to top but uphill is about .75-.8 miles and I did that at a pretty good sprint. overall pace today was 8:45...not bad but certainly not fast either. Body feels great!!

Another PERFECT running morning. Cool(55) with plenty of sunshine though so just wore a short sleeve tech shirt. I can't believe how well my legs and body are responding to this uptick in miles and running on "real" surfaces. 

Going at an easy pace and finished at an 8:42 ... gonna have to look for some races this summer!

We've had nice sunny days for 4 days in a row this week...knew that wasn't going to last. A little rain overnight so cooled off a bit...upper 40's for the run...a little wind but not bad. 

Drove down to town and ran Mill pond out to the bridge then SVT to Centennial Park. Then back on SVT then back to CP. And finally Mill pond and done...the SVT does tend to be easier on the legs but it slurps the energy right out of them too. Got a bit tired toward the end but was able to focus and keep good form and even speed up a bit on the last mile.

Started off really sluggish the first 3/4 of a mile then got in a nice rythm. Surprised me at how quickly my fitness is coming back...

Overall pace 8:39 with last mile coming in at 8:27...
