Nice morning for a run. Overcast and 42 degrees. Decided that this week will be 3 easy 10's and then my speed work will be Sat. 16 miles with 13.1 miles @ (hopeful) marathon pace 8:00.

Are you following someone's training plan or doing your own? I always try to stick with a plan but am hopelessly rebellious.

I am sort of mixing and matching since this is only my 2nd marathon and still getting to know how my body reacts. Last time went with one that Sean did for me but think it was too aggresive for me at that point. I'm using some parts of it still but mostly using one I did on smartcoach @ runnersworld and for the most part it's right on the money. Just changing up when my body tells me to, and it is telling me to go easy this week.
