Saturday's 10 caused some soreness in the calves but nothing too major. Everything else seems good. 6 easy today around the ridge with as few hills as possible. Perfect weather again at 49 degrees and no wind!

Splits 8:59, 9:20, 8:50, 9:09, 9:05, 9:00   with the avg being 9:03

Softball tonight late - 8:30 - 11:00

Next run Wednesday 7 with  parkway hill.

Nailed the ribs and the homemade beans! Slaw was just OK as I added too much dressing so it was sort of swimming. Looks like you were crossing borders on Sat. Did you have any kids with you guys up there?

Jeff, No kids this time. I think they would be BORED stiff sitting around that long. (5-6 hours)

I'm interested in the recipe if you are willing to share. That sounds SOOOO good! Ummmm. All homemade? Good stuff!

After a few days it felt fine...so what can I say...it was very slow. Mildly sore after yesterday but not painful at all. Not sure what to make of it...Will help a friend move @ 5 today and then help another buddy lay his sod. May not want to run tomorrow but my daughter wants to go to the HS field to throw the discus so will probably do it.
