2 weeks of no exercise at all and the problem that has been causing difficulty feels to be gone. On Saturday I was at a park and just did a very short jog with no soreness/tenderness in the affected areas. Just to be on the safe side I'm going to go another 3-4 days before opening it up and jogging. Probably Wednesday or Thursday. :-) Very happy about this...need to get some sweating going on!
