3 miles easy with my "little bro". He's in town from Sacramento and is going to run the marathon with me. Hit the Sno Valley trail to keep it easy on the legs. Everything feels good.

No miles tomorrow. Overall Pace 9:21 and Avg. HR 131

Next run: Saturday 26.2 miles @ 8:00 pace (hopefully)

Won't be posting until after the race :)

My very best wishes on your race, Jeff! I hope you have a wonderful time and a terrific race. It is going to be so lovely out there by the sea! I cannot wait to read your report. Do you know that was my second choice after Eugene for this spring? I will most likely run it another year; Support Crew really wants to go. Let me know any tips about the course or hotels or whatever -- if you think of it. Travel safe! :)

I'm just checking in looking for the race report. I assume the race is over by now and that you did a great job. I'll check back later.

Anxiously awaiting a race report!!! :)
