41 degrees at 6:15 when I got up. Drove to Centennial park with 1 stop on the way to drop off some water at the bottom of the parkway. Ran from park on sno. valley trail to mill pond road to parkway. 1st stop for water at 3.35 miles.

Then up and around Snoqualmie for another 3 miles, then water break. Back to the park via mill pond road and saw Sommer and her friend running on there. They were going 20 today.

@10 miles back at the park. Accelarade break and half an orange just to see how my body feels using it. Called grandpa in North bend so he could get me some OJ to drink when I arrived. 12.75 @ his house. Then back to the trail and he caught up on his bike. Chatted and then he took off. back to his house to finish the OJ...15.5 miles. Only 2.5 to go and the wind at my back now.

If you've seen the movie Remember the Titans you will know what I mean when I was saying to myself "What is Pain?" French Bread! It wasn't a killer but it was not easy.

I have not seen that movie, but I took French in high school. I think it's the first time it's ever come in handy.

Have you been hiding under a rock? What do you mean you haven't seen that movie?? I command you to go see it! It's very good- Now I get to go help unload a moving van for some neighbors moving in. Why can't they schedule these things when it's more convenient :)

Next you'll be telling me that you haven't seen the movie "Holes". What's this world coming to...

Well done, Jeff! I congratulate you on the hydration logistics. Pretty nice temps for a long run, too.

I've seen "Holes", but I don't remember anything French about it.

Monty,

Nothing french about holes...the movie. It's just that it's based in the desert so you would feel right at home...

From Teena on Mon, Apr 27, 2009 at 10:33:06 from 67.177.20.13

Cinderella man literally broke my heart. After I saw it I was completely motivated to get my food storage completed. Took me about 6 months of careful planning but I got my one year's supply whioh I have pretty well maintained.

GREAT and HEART-WRENCHING movie!

OK Teena...we seem to like the same kind of movies. What other ones do you like? We don't go see movies very often anymore.
