45 degrees and misting/drizzling the whole run. Started at the Train area then mill pond rd. to centennial park for water break and wiping the water off my glasses. Next off to grandmothers house to have some powerade, then back to the park and finally back to the car.

I was shooting for 10 miles but was running late so I cut the run short.

Really paid for running yesterday semi-hard. Usually before a long run I don't like to run at all but my schedule got goofed up.

Avg. pace 9:17 and avg. HR 147

Still a very strong run, Jeff! Question regarding HR.. my dreadmill hand sensors said my HR was 172 when I was only running 6mph (10:00 pmp). Is that normal? How out of shape am I you think?

That can't be right, Benn!! Not with all the work you've done lately. I don't trust the sensors on my hands. I wear my chest strap to get a better, more accurate reading.
