45 degrees and overcast, normally a great day for a run. Ran the Sno valley trail and it was pretty soggy which made it a little harder to do. Sleep was hard to come by last night as Nova is doing a little bit of coughing and we've got the moniter in our bedroom to hear her.

Really struggled today. Normally that wouldn't have been so tough but DANG this cold, it's P_s__ng me off a little bit this close to the marathon. 10 days away! Aaaarrggghhhh!! Gonna take it a little easier on the rest of my runs so as not to burn out any extra juice.

That is hanging on, isn't it? Keep chugging the water and eating healthy. Too bad you cannot sleep more. Hang in there! :)

Toning things down will help a lot, I'm sure. You are ready for the race, there is no doubt. 10 days should be enough time to get over your cold and be ready to run hard.

Thanks guys! Just need to take it easier I think until this crap leaves. Will do a 5-6 miler tomorrow and Friday and 10-12 on Sat. if feeling OK.
