A week ago I decided to stop anything that might cause irritation to the affected areas and chose to read the Book of Mormon instead for an hour or 2 a day. Today I was called as a Seminary teacher(Early Morning) and Book of Mormon is this years curriculum.

Funny how that works!

Not sure how this will affect my running but pretty sure will work out as we meet M, T Wed off then T, F. 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Running has taught me how to be OK going out of my comfort zone...

At least one  more week of no running or anything like unto it.

Interesting turn of events. You'll do a GREAT job!

Congratulations on your new calling. You'll find a way to get your running in, I'm sure.

So am I correct in understanding that you don't have seminary on Wednesdays? Why is that?

I'm having to run before seminary time these days in order to drive my son to seminary. But I'm lucky in that seminary doesn't start until 6:30 and I can be all sweaty and still in my running clothes when I drive him, and then shower afterwards.

Congratulations on your calling! It is always amazing how we are prepared. Little head start here, a little extra blessing there. COOL!

I'm glad your sticking to your plan of not running. You will be back soon, and healthy.

Thanks guys...my bro. works for CES down in Cali. so I can pick his brain for some ideas to get started.

This is definitely out of my comfort zone...especially the 5 a.m. wake up call!

Feeling good but still not right yet...I may start just walking next week to get something going...bored with no running!
