A week ago I decided to stop anything that might cause irritation to the affected areas and chose to read the Book of Mormon instead for an hour or 2 a day. Today I was called as a Seminary teacher(Early Morning) and Book of Mormon is this years curriculum. Funny how that works! Not sure how this will affect my running but pretty sure will work out as we meet M, T Wed off then T, F. 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. Running has taught me how to be OK going out of my comfort zone... At least one more week of no running or anything like unto it.
