Another TM run. HR did better than yesterday. Will look to go outside either Thursday or Sat. this week. HR topped out at 152 today but stayed quite a bit lower overall.

Everything feels really good with no soreness or other issues. Going to keep working my way up slowly.

Awesome! Sometimes I really wish I had a HR monitor. It would be a better reflection of my effort at times like this when my legs are worn out. Maybe I'll have to talk to Santa. Hope you get out on the roads again soon.

It's nice to see what kind of effort you are giving. I bet it wouldn't cost much as an accesory to your garmin...that's how I trained for a long time just using HR levels and it worked really well.
