Another elliptical day - I had the garmin on the wrong screen and was watching avg. hr instead of current hr. Wondered why it was so tough to get my hr up. Oh well, good darn workout! Max HR 158 and avg. 135. This is working my quads pretty good without causing the tenderness I've been having lately that comes with running. Probably another week like this then maybe test it on a short run. Happy Independence day! Just put a 10 lb. brisket on the smoker...dinner @ 3 today
