Cold. Cougar Mtn. Trails. Good run with Bruce and John. Kicked it up the last .5 miles to get my HR up to 175. 

Only my second run this week due to illness. Glad it feels gone.

Thanks bud. We sure did spread these kids out. 19, 15, 4 and new. Children are the best! I'm happy you and Emma have found each other. A lot of people like to have long engagements but after I met my wife we dated for 2 months and knew it was right so we got married 2 months later. I've got a son that will sort of be in your neighborhood soon. He will be a missionary in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and small parts of NY and Mass.
