Have you found a Half in the Fall yet? There are some good ones in Utah, Snow Canyon Half in Nov. comes to mind.
Thanks Smooth One! Still dealing with an issue of tenderness in some abdominal muscles so am taking off running for a while.
Haven't felt any soreness in the region(lower abdomen) for about a week but just want to ease back in.
I would love to go for it in the 10K but that will probably be a tempo run...and maybe my first speed work in some time.
