Forgot to take the garbage cans out last night so got up at 6:30 and took out the garbage. Was going to do a couple intervals. Like to the garbage cans and then back from the garbage cans, but decided not to as my hands were full and I wasn't properly warmed up :)

You must have a long driveway. I live in a condo complex and we live the furthest from the garbage curb. I take our garbage out in a wagon. I guess I could do intervals pulling the wagon, although I'd like like a fool. Wait! I always look like a fool.
