Here is the plan. Real easy today, Thurs. and Sat. then kick it up a bit on Monday next week. Hopefully 4 days next week.

3.5 min. walking warm-up on TM. Then 16 minutes of easy running with 12:00 pace being the fastest. Then 3.5 minute cool-down walk.

HR got up to 140 at the top! That's not good. 2 weeks off doesn't help the heart at all. Body feels OK. Formerly tender parts are not feeling tender(at least not yet)...Yeah Baby!!

Awesome plan. You are so level-headed about taking care of yourself. It will pay off!

Thanks Sno.- I just didn't want to run hills until I'm sure how my body is going to react to the running. Perfect running weather out there these days!!

Jeff - Yeah, your back with the running. You are way smart for taking it easy. Keep to the plan. Welcome back.
