My buddy Tread was sleeping when I left the house at 6:30 to run the mean streets of Snoqualmie(ridge).

.1 mile walking warm up then

3.1 miles of easy/moderate running

.1 mile cooldown walk

9:19 overall pace

Saw my buddy Ben Reynolds out running getting ready for the Leavenworth half. 2 years ago when I ran my first half he ran it as well but he was a lot heavier then and slow. He has gotten much faster from running and swimming and he's trimmed way down.

Good running weather today, don't you think? Let's enjoy it while we can! :)

Sno, I forgot to mention that it was mid to upper 50's and had just rained. Overcast so it was perfect! Wasn't sure what to wear since I hadn't been outside running for so long.

I just saw my buddy Dorian (Romanian friend) out for a run tonight and chatted with him. Tomorrow morning, after early morning seminary is run #2. My quads are killing(dang sore) me but at least the other places are just fine!
