Nice running weather...rained overnight and then it was cool and cloudy this a.m. Had some wind during the run but not too bad.

HR immediately jumped up with the wind to about 150ish, even on the downhill parts. It does feel good to be outside running but my fitness is still not where I want it to be. Just trying to be consistent and steady on this upward drive to get the miles back around 30-40 per week.

Are you guys getting that big storm right now or is it south of you? Today is our last warm day before the cold. I'm very excited.

It must be south of us because it's been quite nice...Take care of those legs dude!

Looking good Jeff. You continue to be smart coming back easy and injury free!

I'm sure you know what you're doing, but if it was me I would try -for now- not to pay any attention to HR, pace or any other measurement other than, "is it time to head home?" Going by feel and just enjoying the run without any measurements that Left Brain can use against me, in other words. Just a suggestion.

Glad the miles are coming back. :)
