OK these Glycerin shoes are the opposite of the radius. I really don't like them but will run them to 500 and then happily get rid of them.

There is a brooks truckload sale this weekend so I may go pick up some new shoes/whatever else they might have on sale.

Was planning on going 3.5 today but miscalculated the distance before running it.

2.4 of these miles were on the trail between carmichael and the parkway which was very nice to have a soft surface. The miles are still not quite what I would call easy yet but that will come with time. Will try to run 4 times this week. M,W,TH,SA. with 3.5 - 4 being the goal each time. Gradually working my way back up.

Overall pace ended up at 9:15 due to the running on the trails slowing me down a bit.

Good run Jeff! I like running on those softer surfaces too. Bummer about the shoes. I'm such a cheapskate I will run the miles out of the shoes I don't like every time!

You are so smart.

Nice run.

How is the teaching going?

T,

I wish I was smart :-)

The run did go pretty well.

I ended up not running Wednesday so my wife could go to an early morning Temple session. She's always letting me do what I want to so every now and again I have to give her a break.

Teaching is very cool. 15 kids, 10 Seniors and 5 Juniors and ALL are good kids. 2 of them like to talk a little but they actually are pretty funny to listen to. They have been very respectful.

Thanks for checking in Jonny! Did a run this morning and it pretty much kicked my butt!
