One week down with no running other than softball last Monday. One more week to go. Just want to get back to normal and not lose too much fitness. Softball again tonight but will take it easy.

We won the first game 6-2 and lost the 2nd one 11-8. We just needed a split to go to the playoffs. There are 8 teams and we will play 2 games next week to see who the champ is. Thanks for asking! You are something else- (that's a compliment)
P.S. We might be in South Jordan from July 25 - Aug. 1 and may look some of y'all up while there.

Sorry about the second game ... but very cool that all you needed was a split. Very excited to see how the playoffs go. Have you always been a softball player?
Sweet ... you are coming to my neck of the woods. Are you getting together with any of the bloggers? We should all get together for breakfast/lunch or something!
T- Grew up in Murray and we used to play YM softball for the church-Those were good times! Have played off and on most of my adult life too, it's great fun with the guys.
No big deal on losing a game as it's all for fun but it is more fun to win, I will admit.
Would love to get together for some cafe rio when I am there.
My brother lives close to the Jordan river temple and that is where I will be staying.
