Raining outside today and normally I like to run in the rain in the summertime but not with a sore throat. Ran with my Romanian friend Tread Milosevic in the garage.

Took it very easy again today. Some minor soreness from yesterday's elliptical but nothing too bad. Worked the HR up to 140 and stayed there. Fastest pace was 11:30. Total of 27 minutes included 2.5 minute warmup and cooldown. Felt good to work up a little sweat!

Glad to see you running again. Tred can be a good friend at times. Keep up the rehab. GOOD LUCK on Sat. Progress is coming!

So so so cool that you have a Romanian friend. That's where I served my mission!! Very jealous that you got to run with him.

Nice job ... keep the soreness to a minimal.

Thanks Jon Smoothie and ummm...Teena, that was a play on words...although we do have some Romanian friends that live close by.
