Still just trying to take it easy and get my heart health back where it needs to be. A run with Tred this morning with a 2.5 min. warmup walk, then gradually increasing the pace so my HR was about 145 - 150ish. Went a little bit faster at the end of the 40 minute running portion and HR got up to 153. 2.5 minute walking cooldown. Everything is feeling easier this week than last... Next run tomorrow morning with Tred again.
