TM run. Very easy. HR max was only 142. Hoping for decent weather Sat. Morn for a nice easy long run in the 'hood. Popcorn instead of Ice Cream for a late night snack last night.

What does TM stand for?

TreadMill. I avoided the Monsoon by staying in the garage. As boring as it is, it's better than nothing.

Man the videos from out your way are insane! You all have had like 10 or more inches of RAIN?!

From jefferey on Fri, Jan 09, 2009 at 01:17:21

Yes! It's pretty crazy. I was driving home today from work and there was sunset coming from the Southwest and rain to the north with dark clouds and a rainbow showed up. Against the dark clouds it was pretty cool looking. Check out the pics on Sean Sundwall's blog for how high the water is on the streets.

Another family picture! It's fun to see all your people. :)

BTW, according to Gary Kerr's TPC Snoq. website, we've had 25 inches of precipitation this "year." (ie last 9 days) But I really think what did us in was the snow melt. So much snow, so early in the season, and then the temps going up so high. The rain didn't help, of course.
