TM workout. Was not feeling well at all. Thought I was going to lose it at the end. May have just been getting too hot in the garage. Easy workout with no speed. Oatmeal, date, banana and craisins for breakfast.

TM makes me sick too-- but for different reasons! lol Six miles - great way to start the week. Glad I can finally meet you at the St Pat's. :)

Why aren't you running outside?

Let's see... Cold, Rain, Wind, Dark, Snow, sleep issues. I've used all of these and more over the last couple months as excuses. Now that it's getting lighter I will be out almost all the time. This morning had some stomach issues and needed to stay near a bathroom. Tomorrow looks like a good day to be out though. Thanks for checking in on me.

You must be very disciplined to run on a treadmill in the garage, unless you have a visually stimulating garage.

When it's crappy outside it's easy to start on the TM, but then it gets boring real quick. The radio is all I have there. I don't think I will have to be in there much longer and maybe not again this year unless it snows. What's the temp like over in Iraq right now?

Currently 41 F, but it's 10pm. It gets nice for a little bit around lunch time. In the 60's or so.
