The groundhog showed his shadow so no running for a while more. Still have tenderness in the muscles after softball so now I'm going to be a Crosstrain King!

Elliptical and bikes here I come until this gets back to normal.

And to make it worse, we got beat in both softball games last night. Then Sean S. goes down on his last at bat to a groin injury. We lost 2 people to groin injuries in those two games.

What in the groin is going on????

Sorry about the losses ... that stinks. Also, sorry about the pain still. But I am now convinced more than ever that crosstraining can be a very good thing that will strengthen your running in the long run. (It's just not quite as fun.)

Stay at it!

Remind me never to play softball with you guys.

Monte, I forgot to put in there that our toughest guy just about got in a fight after a pickle. Somehow he ended up with the guy's hat in his hand and their guy accused him of taking a punch at him and that's how he ended up with the hat...you would fit right in with us...it's all about having a good time.

Monte,

Here is what one of our guys suggested for the Team Party Dinner.

Fyi, since I’m buying, that limits our options to one of the following:

1.The soup kitchen around the corner from Pioneer square (excellent mystery meat)

2.Some of the really good dumpsters behind Pikes Market

3.Wendy’s (dollar menu, free kiddie cones in Redmond, but it smells like cats there)

4.Microsoft’s building 26 cafeteria for some day-old fruit salad

5.The day-old bakery on Bel-Redmond Road, behind the pot shop

Let me know which it’s going to be so I can stop by the ATM on the way.
