Woke up at 6:30 and checked the therm...bad news - 32.9 and icy. Tread run with a hill sandwiched right in the middle. Worked it pretty good then for good measure hit .5/mile faster for an extra minute at 10% grade, that got the HR up to 170. The cool down seemed so easy after that hill.

Went to the Turkey trot and ran part of the 1K for kids with Amanda. Then off to make sure people stayed at the right areas running. It was great to see Snoqualmie there and she took either 2nd or 3rd place and got a cool trophy sort of a thingy. Saw a lot of other people from church and around the neighborhood. Then pancake breakfast at the elementary school.
