Wow! Perfect morning for a run! Usually my body has been rebelling for these back to back runs from Wed. to Thurs. This week 3 10 milers easy on M,W,Thurs. have made this pleasant. This should prove nice when I do my 13.1 @ marathon pace on Sat. 8:00 min/mile pace. #'s today 9:00 pace easy as I avoided as many hills as possible HR Avg. @138
