30 minutes on a bike up in the Uinta mountains on roads that were up and down. The elevation is 8500 ft. and sucks the life out of you! Can't believe guys like Craig(Jun) do this kind of elevation running for fun-

4 mile hike up and back to Lake Lilly with a ride for part of it. Had to carry Amanda for a ways because her knees hurt. That is some tough business at this altitude (8500). Caught 7(kept 4) rainbow fish(as Amanda calls them) and the kids had a great time.

Elliptical for 45 minutes. Was in Utah until Friday morning. Had an issue with where we were going to stay for Friday and Sat. night so we ended up coming home early. The mornings were all perfect running weather...nice and cool...too bad I wasn't able to go running!
