Felt a little bit of a tweak in my left ankle so I'm going to play it safe and run Friday or Saturday.

No reason to pound it  this soon after a marathon.

Good idea, Jefferey. Really great run at the Newport Marathon the other weekend! You're amazing!

Thanks bud! Ankle is feeling much better now so I might go for a run Sat. morning, but might not as sleeping in sounds kind of good too.

Just put on a GIANT hunk of meat on the smoker...24 lb. chuck roll that will take about 16-18 hours to bbq. Big family get together tomorrow.

24 lbs? How big is your family? Dang.
